Carlo Bay Cosmetics

Carlo Bay, known Tuscan hairstylist with a long career behind him and a wide range of experience and brilliant results, has built a successful brand that combines hairtrend, haircare and make up. A native of Arezzo, has always worked as a hairstylist in Florence creating, since 1985, Carlo Bay Diffusion: a chain of 20 salons in Tuscany at first, then in Liguria, Lombardy and Veneto.

Activity in the halls, opening in 1990 we added the Academy of Florence: a school turned to all the hairdressers, to provide them with training at all levels, courses for staff and training less experienced artistic and managerial holders. In 1999 Carlo founded the Bay System, a network of franchised salons super selected, a guarantee of reliability and professionalism. In 2002 the Club was born Carlo Bay: more than eighty shows throughout Italy linked by a single training project.

Notably in 2004, at the Cosmoprof event, Carlo Bay was awarded the winner of the Next Look Awards ... the best Hair Stylist in the world
